... I live in a miserable apt in Beijing and hopes to make a cheesecake for my friend .... I buy the cream cheese Philadelphia (Can not find cookie crumbs) and have no oven to -?

OMG This is much better than cheesecake baked really. It has the taste, but much better! If you can not find or prefabricated cust Grahm crackers can be found Cooke Shor bread? Nilla or leaves? Here is the recipe and luck.

Duration: 10 minutes
Run Time: 10 minutes
Servings: 8

Ingredients
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, soft *
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1 / 3 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cake soil Keebler Ready Crust ® Ready Crust ® Shortbread
1 can (21 ounces) cherry pie filling
Arrival
1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese at medium speed of electric mixer until fluffy. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into crust. Refrigerator for at least 3 hours or until firm.

2. Spread pie filling on top. Refrigerate.

* NOTE: Soften the cream cheese in microwave on high for 15 to 20 seconds.

If you find butter cookies and a crust:
2 cups of crumbs biscuits or cookie crumbs
Sugar 1 / 2 cup
2 teaspoons of water (approx.)
Mix and press into a pan with butter

8 oz pkg. Cream cheese, soft
3 c. Soup. Lemon juice
14 ounces condensed milk (not evaporated)
1 9 "Biscuit Crust

PREPARATION:
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy. With lemon juice and condensed milk and mix until blended. Pour into cookie crust and refrigerate. 8 servings

INGREDIENTS

* 1 1 / 2 cup chocolate chips
* 11 ounces cream cheese, soft
* 1 / 4 cup sugar
* 1 frozen (8 oz) box whipped cream coating, thawed
* 1 chocolate crumb crust (9 inches)

NOTES

1. Melt chocolate in microwave or water bath and stir until smooth. In a bowl beat cream cheese and sugar. Beat in melted chocolate and cream at low speed. Pour mixture into crust. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.


NOTE:
Can you leave out (Shout Out) and the chocolate crust, if you do not.

If you do not find, try some Oreo cookies cookie crumbs, remove the cookies and fill the cookie crumble.

There are many cheesecake recipes no cooking. You need to have the opportunity to jelly though.

Oh! I hope you have a refrigerator at your place!
If you can buy any kind of cookie, the crumbs will do well with an equal amount of butter or marg combined ... Add and mix with sugar to taste (depending on sweetness of Buscuits) and press into a mold or bowl.
You can mix, Philadelphia cream cheese or lemon gelatin dissolved in 1 / 4 the height of the liquid in the vessel, say, add lemon rind lemon juice (it is best to drink progress :-)) and 1 / 2 liter whipped cream or canned. Pour over base and leave set!

How can I go to the store and buy a cheesecake, also usually contain everything you need and you can mix can be found on the same island as pie ... etc. ..
